Signing an On-line Housing Agreement for 2008-2009

Stone Ridge Commons students will sign an on-line housing agreement on January 29th and 30th. If the agreement and housing deposit are not completed by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 30th the entire application will be rejected.

Seavers Apartment Complex and Traditional Hall students will sign the housing agreement on-line January 21, 2008 through February 4, 2008 at 4:00 p.m. If the housing agreement is completed by January 31, 2008 the student will receive an e-mail receipt by February 1, 2008 at 8:00 p.m.. Students signing online agreements after January 31st will receive an email the week of Feb. 4th-8th. This receipt e-mail should be taken to the Student Accounts Office in Old Main Room 100 in order to pay a housing deposit. If the agreement and housing deposit are not completed by February 8, 2008 at 4:00 p.m. a student is not guaranteed housing for the 2008-2009 academic year. See waiting list.

Agreement

Students will see a copy of the 2008-2009 (full year August - May) Housing Agreement. After reading the housing agreement and the disclosure at the bottom of the page you can do one of the following:

• Accept - The student will be signing the housing agreement and accepting the terms. This will guarantee student housing for 2008-2009 on campus. In order to cancel the housing agreement you must follow the guidelines of the agreement.

• Reject - The student can reject the agreement. Once rejected the student can not go online to sign an online agreement. The student must contact the housing office to request university housing.

After the student accepts or rejects the agreement he/she will receive a message of confirmation and another view of the agreement.

Only current housing students may sign an online agreement at this time. If an off campus student is requesting university housing he/she should sign a waiting list for university housing.

All online agreements cover the full year, August - May. Students may request a one semester agreement by contacting the Housing Office, Old Main210, by January 31, 2008.
