Location	near Reisner Dining Hall and recreational facilities (East residence hall)
Coeducational suites	360 men and women in single gender suites Six residents share a common living room, storage room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms

Furnishings	Closets are built-in; desks, beds, and dressers are moveable Beds are standard twin size Beds have an adjustable height of multiple positions between 14 and 28 inches from the floor . Bed rails are available upon request. (The University does not assume any liability for injuries resulting from falling out of bed.) Curtains are provided Sofa, chair, end table, and coffee table provided in common area Dining table and four chairs provided in common area There is one cable TV outlet in each bedroom and one in the common area Each suite may have no more than three 4.3 cubic feet refrigerators drawing less than three amps each. Refrigerators must carry UL approval, be positioned to allow adequate ventilation, and be connected directly into a wall socket or power strip with a circuit breaker. Additional couches are not allowed in Seavers
Vending / Laundry	Vending machines located in the common area lounge Laundry facilities located on the first level The machines will operate either with value placed on the student ID card or by using coins. Ironing boards are available in each hall. Students must bring their own irons.
Property Insurance	The University does not assume any legal obligations to pay for the loss of or damage to items of personal property. Therefore, students or parents are encouraged to carry appropriate insurance to cover such losses.
